These terms apply when you book or receive a treatment from Novaroze Skin Studio.
Cosmetic, not medical
Our treatments are cosmetic and performed by licensed estheticians and massage therapists. They are not medical care. Tell us about medications, pregnancy, skin conditions and allergies before each visit — we may postpone a treatment if it isn’t safe that day.
Booking and payment
- Treatments and packages are one-time payments, taken when you book online.
- Package visits are valid for six months from purchase.
- Prices include all fees. We don’t run memberships or auto-renewals.
Rescheduling
Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Appointments cancelled or missed inside 24 hours count as used, though we will waive this once per package for genuine emergencies. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your treatment.
Switching specialists
You may switch specialists at any time at no cost. Remaining package visits carry over.
