Novaroze Skin Studio (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or book a treatment, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Details you give us when booking or contacting us: name, email, phone and any notes you add.
• Your skin history, allergies and treatment notes, which your specialist keeps to treat you safely.
• Before-and-after photos — only with your written consent, and never used for marketing without separate permission.
• Basic, anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type) to keep the site working well.

How we use it

Only to book and deliver your treatments, send reminders and home-care plans, and answer your questions. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

Health information

Skin and health details you share stay between you and our specialists. We keep them on a secure system and share them only if you ask us to (for example with your dermatologist) or the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Client records are kept for three years after your last visit, then deleted. Enquiries that don’t become bookings are deleted after 12 months.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@novaroze.studio.
