We opened Novaroze because good skin care was split between clinics that felt cold and spas that felt vague. We wanted results you can measure in a room you actually want to be in.
Our story
Started in one room on Stetson Drive
Ava Delgado spent ten years in dermatology clinics before opening Novaroze in 2020 — one treatment room, one bed, and a rule that every client leaves with a written home-care plan.
Six specialists later, the rule hasn’t changed. Neither has the other one: if a treatment won’t help your skin, we’ll tell you before you pay for it, even if it means you don’t book.
Today we treat clients in four suites in Old Town Scottsdale, and bring facials and massage to homes across Scottsdale and central Phoenix.

Honest about the edges
- Not a medical practice. We don’t inject, prescribe or diagnose. For anything medical we refer you to board-certified dermatologists.
- Not a membership. Pay once for a treatment or package. No auto-renewals, no monthly fee.
- Not on commission. Our specialists earn the same whether you buy a product or not.
