We want you to feel safe booking with us. Here is the whole policy — no small print.

After your first visit

If a package isn’t right for you after the first visit, tell us within seven days and we’ll refund the unused visits in full.

Later in a package

Stop at any time. Unused visits are refunded at the package’s per-visit rate, minus any take-home products already given to you.

Rescheduling

• Free up to 24 hours before an appointment.
• Inside 24 hours the visit counts as used — waived once per package for emergencies.

Single treatments and consults

Refundable up to 24 hours before the appointment. The $45 skin consult fee is credited to your first treatment if booked within 30 days.

How refunds are paid

To the original payment method, within 5–10 business days.
