I don’t know which treatment I need. Where do I start?
Book the $45 Skin Consultation — virtual or in the studio. You’ll leave with a written plan, and the fee comes off your first treatment if you book within 30 days.
Do I pay when I book?
Yes. Every treatment and package is a one-time card payment taken when you book online — no membership, nothing recurring. Your receipt lands in your inbox and your account.
How long do package visits last?
Six months from purchase. Pause any time — a trip, a sunburn, a busy month — and pick up where you left off.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours the visit is used, though we’ll waive it once per package for genuine emergencies.
Is microneedling safe for my skin type?
For most skin types, yes — including deeper skin tones, which lasers can struggle with. We don’t treat active acne, open wounds or during pregnancy; your specialist checks this before you start.
Can I switch specialists?
Any time, free. Remaining visits in a package move with you.
Do you come to my home?
Facials and massage, yes — anywhere in Scottsdale and central Phoenix at the same price. Microneedling and lash work happen in the studio for hygiene and lighting.
Can I buy a treatment as a gift?
Yes. Book it, add their name in the notes at checkout, and we’ll contact them to confirm a time that works.
